Already have a LearnSpark account? Codes are for new subscriptions. Log in, then choose a plan on the pricing page — your code will be applied automatically at checkout.
Do I need to enter a card if my code makes the first month free?

Yes — checkout asks for a card so your plan simply continues at the normal price once the free period ends. Nothing is charged during the free period, and you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing at all.

When exactly will I be charged?

Your first payment falls on the day the free period ends (for example, one month after you sign up with a first-month-free code). After that it's a normal monthly subscription with no lock-in.

My code says it isn't valid — what now?

Check it's typed exactly as printed (the letter O and the number 0 are the usual culprits). If it still doesn't work, email learnspark.contact@gmail.com with a photo of the card and we'll sort it out.

Can I use a code on the 10-day free trial?

Codes apply to paid plans, so they're used instead of the trial — your code gives you more than the trial does. If you'd rather try before choosing a plan, start the free trial and keep your code for later.
